Spring into Mindfulness

Image
I can't wait for it to finally feel like Spring in Pittsburgh, PA! If you are looking to add some spring vibes and mindfulness activities your school counseling office, check out the post below. Make Time for Mindfulness Bulletin Board I created this interactive spring mindfulness bulletin board for my school counseling office last year. I randomly got the idea to make pinwheels. It gives some major spring vibes. I linked all the QR codes to mindfulness activities or information. Get everything you need to create this " Make Time for Mindfulness " bulletin board by clicking on the image below. My plan is to advertise the Mindfulness To-Go kits to students so they can pick them up and take them home. Everything you need to recreate this Mindfulness To-Go Kit is located in this folder or by clicking the image below. Things you will need to assemble th...

First up, BUBBLES! :)  What school counselor doesn't love bubbles .  There are so many ways school counselors can utilize bubbles in sessions with students! Squishy Ball! I got this Squishy Ball at the Target dollar spot (have I mentioned how much I LOVE the Target dollar spot?!).  Balls like this are great for students to fidget with when they are ...
